News Items are now active in the Ferals section of the website

Feral Arts now has a news section. You have the option to select that news items will appear in this category aswell as portfolio categories when creating a news item - (The News Category filter now allows multiple selections) This is used mainly to deciede which under which menus the news item will appear. You must select at least one.
When choosing the audience of a news item - in the groups section of the news authoring page - you should select only the primary group that the news item belongs to - Feral Arts, or one of the portfolios (this will determine what colour and theme the news item will use!). Then select if the news item is public, and can be viewed by people outside of this group.
Overall, this gives us a finer grained control of news items - we can specify a news item to be public or internal, appear in one or more menu items, and be associated with one of 5 groups as the main 'owner' of that news item.
i am working on setting up more advanced filtering so that group ownership of content can be reflected in the menus, but this hasn't been achieved yet.
